It is absolutely pathetic how poor this service is...

It is absolutely pathetic how poor this service is. Due to faultiness on their system, I have had payments rejected several times in stores using this service. Today I even had my card blocked as it was run several times to try and make the payment go through - this alerted my bank to fraudulent activity and I am now left with the bill to fix that, without the products I wanted to purchase, and a deep feeling of annoyance. This kind of shoddy service irreparably impacts businesses and their reputations. Surely, this can't be acceptable!
