Frankly, having observed signs posted on all doors stating that the presence and use of cellular phones is illegal and a significant criminal offense is amazing considering the police officers sitting there in full view of the judge / magistrate using their cell phone and giggling with one another over God knows what. When crimes are openly committed by the police, it sets a bad standard for the populace at large. I was, frankly, disappointed and disgusted by the conduct I observed. Observing police openly flaunting the law is a flagrant abuse of our judiciary system. I donate to the fraternal order of police in the name of my fallen marine friend Morgan Brent Haick.
