Called about a vehicle in for repair, no response....

Called about a vehicle in for repair, no response. Emailed the service advisor and was told, "we don't open email from people we don't know." Called again and the guy acted like I was the one in the wrong for inquiring about the repair, etc. and i even called to request more work! He blamed not getting the messages I had left on his admins. Very unprofessional and full of lame excuses! Find somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced.
