I first went in there because I wanted to try brewing a mead, but really didn't know where to start. One of the employees walked around, gave me advice on the recipe, and carried EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED to the register. I had never met this man in my life and he had just given me more help than plenty of online communities.

I also went in about four months after that because I wanted to try my hand at brewing an Imperial IPA with very, very little knowledge of what I needed. The same guy remembered me, asked me about my mead, and then went around AGAIN and got everything, giving me advice along the way.

My lease is about to expire and this homebrew store is the reason I am staying in Maryland. Yes, I want to repeat that: I am choosing to stay in this state because this homebrew store is that good.
