Still a reference in terms of professional hospitality in mountain gastronomy - that fits from the reservation to the farewell. The atmosphere at 'Chez Vrony' is impeccable even during Corona times, but the food (repeatedly) didn't taste as good as it used to. The staff responded very well to points of criticism on the last visit. Nice drinks and wine menu, but sometimes with impressive prices (also compared to other establishments in Findeln / Zermatt). Please note that there are now two shifts from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ...
