New and clean. LOUD. Worst night of sleep I've had in awhile. The doors have 0 insulation so you will hear every hallway activity, no matter how far. The pipes are worse, 12 people have showered since last night. I booked this Jan. 6 and they've apparently instituted a pet fee that wasn't posted online nor was I informed of when we checked in. I tried to dispute it at the desk and was told No, we don't waive it anymore. No manager on site. To their credit they called about 10 min. later (@ 730am) and said they would waive the fee.
