5 Stars!! I would give more if it were possible! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for any or all of your car buying needs. I just want to say my sales guy, Ambrose ESPECIALLY excels in customer service and was very, very accommodating and understanding to my car needs. He went above and beyond to help me get into my new 2015 Kia Optima. I searched high and low at other dealerships for the right color, mileage, etc and I found what I wanted right here. Not to mention at a fantastic price! Him and (I believe his name was Kirk or Kurt) worked very hard to get me what I wanted at a good deal. Even let me drive a very nice rental for a few days! Can't beat that. I am so glad I chose to work with Baxter Ford West Dodge. They really know how to keep their customers coming back so when the time comes to buy again, I know exactly where I'll be going! Endless selection of very nice vehicles and exceptional service. If you want to be treated like royalty through your whole car-buying experience, you go here. No complaints, whatsoever!
