I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel if there is a wedding. The grounds are already pretty small already as it is. Now imagine being a paying guest and unable to use the pool as the wedding's cocktail hour is of course pool side, or trying to get to your room but as you step off of the elevator you walk right into the reception and as you continue walking to your room the bride and groom are looking up from their table at you like you're crazy for walking through their reception , or having the music blasting from the reception past 10 p.m. so that you can't get to sleep for that early flight you have to get up for, or feeling like there's no where in the hotel that you can go other than to lock yourself in your room. I think this is poor management on the hotel's part. If there's a planned event, given the tight space, the least that could have been done is to give guests some kind of warning and appropriate accommodation. I am giving one star because I've never had an experience like this before at a hotel. I've never felt as if I'm an intruder rather than a paying guest. The front desk, restaurant, and bar staff were very pleasant, and the grounds are fairly well-kept, but all of that was overshadowed by management's complete disregard for the comfort and wellness of their guests.
