Contact with the bank is a tragedy. One afternoon, I realized that my currency account and funds had disappeared overnight. After an hour spent on the hotline, it was found that it was a bank or employee error. The funds returned after a few days, I have been waiting for the card (ordered three times via the website) for half a year. The contact form available after logging in marked with the chat icon is another joke, answers to asked questions come after 2-3 weeks. It is a pity, because currency cards have worked well so far. Time to look for an alternative ;-(
