Bishop Ranch by Sunset Development Company Review

I love this place. The lake is beautiful. Bishop Ranch itself is wonderful and the perks it offers its tenets is outstanding.

Not EV friendly. They have bunch of EV charging stations but it is cheap 110V trickle charge and cars are parked whole day still not charged full, leaving many cars no chance to charge. Further more they do not allow use the 110v wall plugs, saying this cost money. WTF how much is the electricity comparing to the office rental?

Beautiful offices, plenty of parking, they even have a lake on site and trail path! Not to mention gym and food court. I like working here mainly because of the office!

Not many food shops, limited choices and expensive.

The lake and the care they put into the landscaping makes for pleasant

Nice office area with pleasant lake and outdoor spaces. Sensitive to traffic if coming from the west in the morning.

Indoors, it s colder than an air conditioning showroom.

If you like office temperatures alternating daily between frigid arctic tundra and sweltering rain forest (so your employees wont know whether to dress appropriately for work and sweat all day, or to bring 2 puffy coats to leave on all day), parking half a mile from the door so you can walk by 50 perpetually-unused "1 hour parking" spots, low-stock-grade paper thin walls (and floors), and sky high office rental price tags, Bishop Ranch is for you!

I'd give it 3/5 starts if they didn't advertise themselves as Class A office space, because you truly get a truly 3 star class B experience.

Buildings are aesthetically pleasing but it's kind of difficult to get any work here when it's 50 degrees one day and 75 the next. Rent should be lower considering neither the AC nor heat seem to work.

Definitely have goals to someday have a spot/project/career here

A mini open mall with lots if furniture stores like pottery barn, west elm and William Sanoma and very good restaurants like the slanted door, Delarosa, the lot and etc. there are some activities for the kids at the center like the splash zone and lego bricks ... there is something for everyone in Bishop s Ranch - Also free parking and just across the target- wholefoods- homegoods trio.

Best place to work, play, and eat. Lots of options with great services all around.
