I had a great experience dealing with Chris and Billy getting my new Toyota Tacoma! I will recommend them to everyone I know looking to buy a car!

Update: The salesmen were great, but the service was AWFUL! My truck was making a whistling noise and they sent the same mechanic with me 4 times to hear it, on the fourth try he tells me that he's hard of hearing! Are you kidding me??? Turns out, ALL of the 2016-2017 Toyota trucks make this same noise. I traded mine in for a Honda and couldn't be happier to be done with Toyota.

Update: Traded in my Tacoma in November. Still trying to get my refund check from Toyota of Tri-Cities. Was told 12 days ago that I'd have it in 4-5 days. Now they're saying it'll be at least another 3 weeks! Getting the run around. HORRIBLE!
