We had a booking for 6pm last Sunday and we both ordered Filet Mignon. Ten minutes later we were told that the chef had only one Filet Mignon, so I changed my dish to Scotch Fillet. After repeated requests the meal actually arrived at 7-25pm, almost ninety minutes after we arrived. To make matters worst the Filet Mignon was over cooked and dry. For a major Perth hotel this type of service and food quality is simply not good enough. We get better service and food quality at the local Pub. Raise your game Duxton.
