This is the best RV dealership we have ever dealt with. The sales experience last year was excellent. Recently we needed to have the air conditioning fixed on our new fifth wheel. I went on line to requests an appointment. They quickly responded and gave me an appointment for June 24th. I intended on waiting for the repair as I thought it might be something they could replace on the air conditioner so I waited in their fabulous lounge area where you get free drinks and they do have an assortment of food items available to buy.

I received a call from my service advisor while waiting to advise they will have to replace the air conditioner unit and they did not have one in stock. I had to leave the unit. They advised they would try to have it ready by Thursday but could not guarantee it since the air conditioner had to be ordered. She apologized for not being able to complete the repair while I waited. This was okay as this is something they could not control. I was very nervous about them having to order the part as we were scheduled to leave town on a trip on Friday. A friend of ours bought a unit from a different dealer and they waited 3 months for them to get the necessary part in to repair their unit. They also had difficulty getting the warranty approved.

But not at Lazydays, they got the warranty approved right away and placed the order. When I went to get my truck so I could go home I was able to speak with the technician and he explained that you cannot repair these sealed air conditioner units and that is why it needed to be replaced. He assured me that it was nothing we could have done and it was clearly a manufactured defect.

I left and went home. On Tuesday the service advisor called me and I held my breath for bad news. However she told me they were able to get an air conditioner in quickly and my unit was ready to go.

The staff at Lazydays are all customer oriented. From the ladies at the front desk who greeted me with smiles to the service advisor who was very professional in making sure all my needs were met and the service technician who made sure I understood the situation.

My initial sales experience was also exceptional and everyone I dealt with were very professional. I also had an experience with their parts staff and accessories store where everyone was quick to help me in a pleasant manner.

Lazydays has earned a customer for life and I highly recommend everyone to give them a try the next time you are looking to buy a unit or to have one serviced. This organization demonstrated to me they are dedicated to provide excellent customer service.
