One of the worst experiences we have had till date...

One of the worst experiences we have had till date. First they said hotel reserves the right to offer any kind of bed though we booked for a room with king size bed. After much conversations they allotted us a room. The carpets were extremely dirty - room was dark, broken mirror and very unkempt. On complaining, the reservation team showed us other rooms which were equally bad but we settled for a slightly better experience room. Upon settling down we realized that the AC was not working. On calling up room service we were advised to open the window if AC is not working. We went down to the reception and requested a mechanic to come but no one turned up. Ordered food at around 9.30pm and got the food (a soup and sandwich) delivered to room at 10.45pm. This hotel does not deserve a 5 star rating in any case with untrained and unprofessional service and completely worn out rooms. PS: we found another family with exactly similar and worse complaints. Also found the mini bar with stale drinks :(!!!
