Package did not arrive with me.

Package did not arrive with me.
The customer service was, to my surprise, uncooperative and has given false information regarding a re-delivery. He also offered me no pickup with identity control in a post office. I really had the feeling that you do not want to sell me the product. The conversation with the client advisor was very tedious and I was neither serious nor comfortable.
After this strange and disappointing experience, I will never order anything here again.
