Worst Service department customer service ever! I...

Worst Service department customer service ever! I made an appointment online, had 2 call back confirmations. I go to my 10:40am appointment, they had no idea why I was there and then told me that they didn't have any technicians on duty that could perform my repairs and that I would have to make another appointment for the following week to get it fixed or sit around until 4pm. I was also told that the call backs were not Camelback Hyundai employees, but from a call center that doesn't know what techs are scheduled. I will never go there again. Back in New York, you make an online appointment, go to the dealership and they fix your car.
