I bought a Truecar two months ago. There were to be no surprises, no extra charges! Not the case! They charged $1100 for dealer added options that were not on my car! It took two very ugly weeks to get the money refunded! Now I can't get them to send the missing certified pre-owned vehicle packet for my 12 months 12,000 miles warranty for my certified pre-owned vehicle. I have made so many phone calls. This is an exhausting process! I wouldn't send any one to them. The used car manager was mean and rude, the salesman is distracted and unreliable, and the others make promises they don't keep. They have been reported to Ford Corporate, Truecar, and the Attorney General's Office. I think now I we talk to 3 on your side to see if negative media coverage will get the job done!

I am surprised that no one seems to care about my issue!!!!!
