I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. My experience with Hall Ram was amazing. The first salesman to help me (Cale Stafford) was extremely knowledgeable about every vehicle on their lot. I only wanted one particular truck. Of course the truck was out of my range but Cale was able to find every rebate possible. Unfortunately Cale went on vacation during the process. Not to leave me out he asked another great Salesman to close the deal. Jake Divine (Jake from Statefarm). Jake went completely over and beyond his obligations to help me through the process. Credit was less than perfect but Jake and I did not take no for an answer. The day we finished the deal, we spent less than 30 minutes with Jake and less than 30 minutes with the finance manager. Everyone i came in contact with was extremely professional and made this process easy. I will definitely refer all friends and family to purchase from Hall Virginia Beach.
