Car buying experience was awesome bought a brand new 2018 Ford Escape SEL. But service in the quick lane getting my first oil change and tire rotate was a night mare. I went in to get the car after service was compete and before I went in to get my keys I saw the car out side so I went and checked it over because I have an eye to detail there was windshield wiper fluid dripped down the front of my car and I checked over the rims and they scratched one rim and scratched two lug nuts I went in and told them after saying he d talk to the GM Mitch and he was very sorry and understanding the first time they never contacted me I kept contact off and on for about a month the GM Mitch never did contact me finally got contacted and they said we will have a wheel guy fix and paint the rim. REALLY ON A BRAND NEW CAR I demanded in a civil way the rim be replaced and they argued saying that s not how they do things as a business. So I bring my brand new car in with no damage at all and you return it to me like this! and finally they said we ll do $100 credit to the service department for your trouble and that s all they done for me horrible customer service and the GM is very put out and rude.
