I want to cancel my insurance, call the correspond...

I want to cancel my insurance, call the corresponding number and then I am on hold for 20 minutes. Once through the options menu, I end up with a lady from Allianz Direct, she tells me to call another number, one that is not listed under the heading 'cancel insurance'. A transfer within the same company is apparently not possible ... Called the other number and then put on hold again.
KPN has a good deal with me this month.

Update: Initially it was two stars, now one. After calling the other number and being put on hold again, I was told that I needed yet another number. Unbelievable ..

Patience is a virtue, but it makes no sense.
