I have been without water for the past 3 days and ...

I have been without water for the past 3 days and since they aren't open weekends, that will make 5+. I have constantly called the office and the only response I get is "we're working on it." Working on it would be fine if I didn't have 2 young daughters at home who has to now go to a family members home to take a bath. My biggest issue is that not once has anyone called and apologized, I have been the one reaching out to find out the status. Horrible customer service and I will never rent under this company again. Icing on the cake... Rent is due... What a joke
