Gracious Staff, beautiful rooms that feel cozy and luxurious at the same time. Elegant but not snotty. Wonderful staff all around and small details like delicious coffee in the morning, efficient room service, and wonderful areas to hang out and enjoy a drink. My favorite hotel in NYC and I've stayed in many. Time and time again this is my favorite!
