I took my wife (moise) here for her birthday dinner tonight and it was absolutely one of the best meals I ve ever had in my entire life. She agreed. The fish is fresh and melt in your mouth, the staff are bloody incredible, and yet it still feels accessible and not annoyingly Seattle snobbish. If you re in town and want some of the best fish/sushi in the US, this is where you should go.
