This hotel is a coastal hotel with no beach front and with all the money and time you spend to come to Kauai you ll have to stay in your room and watch the ocean from distance if you pay double to get an ocean view room... they say you can walk or drive to Sheraton or Poipu beach park to use their beachfront which in that case I d ask why not just to stay in a different resort to pay less and use their beaches ? Plus my room was ready all day but they didn t let me in until 4:10 pm even after their check in time and had to wait 5 hours in the lobby area .. overall a disappointing experience..move on and find another place to stay not worth your $!
