This is a really fun place to walk around if you are looking for a quick stroll. During the winter months only one main trail is open lol, but it's still a fun, short walk. There was a lot of waterfowl around so for those of you into bird watching I bet this would be a great area. They even have a bound you can reserve for free for photography. The visitor center has a fair amount of fun activities for young kids as well.
