Bobbie and Don Dakin (note - I'm not related to the Dakin's - even though are names are very similar) were the perfect team to handle our real-estate needs. A friend of ours referred us to the Dakin's and we were not disappointed. While we were shopping for a home, we never felt pressured to buy or do anything. Bobbie and Don simply presented themselves as resources to inform our decision. They show us our desired home a few times before we committed to make an offer. Once we committed, Bobbie was constantly updating us with offers, counter-offers, and other potential buyers. After our offer was accepted, Bobbie guided us through all of the nuances in buying a home - inspections, services, loan options, neighbors - you name it, Bobbie and Don anticipated our questions and had ready answers - always on-target and biased towards making our purchase go smoothly.
