In MY opinion, from my 10 years + Experience I would give this organization 0 stars if I could. If you are white, Hairless skinny/muscular light skin Asian, Muscular Black or Latin Man you will get very far in this organization, If not keep researching for another Organization to fulfill your needs. It's baffling how the LGBTQ community PREACHES acceptance YET they PRACTICE NONE of that with their fellow "LGBTQ BROTHERS & SISTERS".
