I was so pleased and surprised all at the same time when I arrived at the dealership and Tim Peterson was still there to assist. Tim is a true professional and I remembered him from several years ago and the excellent service provided. The entire service team including the shuttle driver who got me to an important meeting and provided return travel were courteous, efficient and delivered world class service.
