My spouse had to have emergency surgery. I was laid up in bed due to a sevre wound from the same accident.
The surgery was at 6. He did not get done until 10. I called left a message saying I would like the doctor to call to give a update on his condition. Since I was not taking him home an wanted to know. The Dr called. My call got disconnected. I called right back. Got the rudest nusre that said the Dr left and there was nothing she could do for me. Hung up the phone an that was the end of that conversation. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have been a patient of providence for 13 years. An I have never been treated like this. when you have a loved one in the hospital an you don't know what is going on. Think about that the next time you hang up on someone
