Average experience. Paid for a suite, got a room that has a second bedroom that's been remodeled to have a sofa and TV. Top tier reward member but no recognition on check in. It's the little things... For those unaware though, if you read the welcome letter (that nobody ever does!) you'll find an offer for a free drink at the bar, which is a nice touch. Food was really nice though, and Sam in the bar as always was a pleasure. Good guy. Stayed here before and will come back again, but won't be paying for "upgraded" room.
