My friend and I checked in at around 4pm for a Club Room, and is surprised that there is no room available for us even at 4pm. I told the staff she can cancel our booking if overbooked, and she went into room behind and took a very long time to check on it. Eventually, she brought us to the club lounge to wait. After more than 20 min, it is another lady to get back to us with either a twin room or low floor room. Somehow no one told her that we are ok to cancel our booking. She went off to check on this, and never came back to us.

At 4.45pm, I went to check at the level 29 counter with another 2 new persons. They told me they found a room for me 2611 but the room is under cleaning. However, I need to go off to a year end celebration at 5pm but both of them don't seems interested to help. It was only when I asked them for all their names that they decide to take my concern seriously, but eventually they can only tell us to go concierge to deposit our things because the room is still not available at 5pm. When I asked about compensation that I still cannot check in at 5pm, they told me they will allow late check out.

When I came back after midnight to check in, the process is smooth but there is no welcome from the check in staff. When I come down later to enquire for location of convenience store, I also got a cold reply as the lady is more concerned with calculating whatever on her hands than to advise me. The room looks sterile to me, and part of the furnishing are old or wear off (I can provide photos if needed). The basics of the room are available though.

When I go to level 29 for breakfast, it is really messy. All tables are taken and other guests are standing around to trying to wait for a table. I don't see any staff in sight and I am not keen to try snatching a table with the other guests. I went to level 1 for breakfast, which has a much better spread. However as it is already close to 10.30am, some food trays are already empty and I need to snatch
