All I can say is WOW! I cant begin to tell anyone how satisfied I am with my experience at Honda Universe, I feel my salesman Paul Dugan really took my needs into consideration and got me a better deal than any of the other four Honda dealerships I visited, he really made me feel like family and I will no longer be purchasing a car from anyone else except Paul Dugan. The Manager Glenn Swenson was very easy to deal with and super friendly, the duo made my overall experience unmatchable by any other dealership. I love my new Honda Accord, WAY TO GO HONDA UNIVERSE!.
