My experience shopping for a new vehicle is awesome. Mike Boyd, fleet manager, is very helpful. He gave me all the details about the vehicles I am interested to purchase. Since I wanted to make sure i am getting the best vehicle for me, I test drove multiple vehicles and asked tons of questions. Mike never stopped answering my questions nor didn't show any frustrations even my questions are repetitive. He was supportive in my desision making by giving me multiple quotes on each vehicles. When I finally made a desision that I wanted a GX460, I asked Mike if I could get a beige color but unfortunately Lexus doesn't sell beige GX460 anymore (since 2016). But the next day, Mike surprised me with an Atomic Silver GX460 (closer to beige color) with red interior. Mike allowed me to test drive the said vehicle and I finally found the vehicle I feel connected to. I'm very grateful for Mike Boyd and Lexus of Sacramento for the huge help. I am very satisfied and happy about this purchase.
