I sent a cancellation request on 19th December 201...
I sent a cancellation request on 19th December 2019 and until today I have been trying to sort out the 4 debit order that went through my account in January and Febuary. (2 from Paybay and 2 from Bidvest, in total R1863)
Jade Arries was assisting me and had promised to contact Bidvest (their partner) and revert back. However the moment your card machine was returned to them, this company just vanished from earth, no one answers my calls, no one replies to my emails.
I had sent Jade Arries numerous emails in June and requested my original contract to view, he had ignored all of them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, all they want to do is to steal your money.
