I question the authenticity of the positive review...

I question the authenticity of the positive reviews of this dealership. My experience: I went in to service recalled battery sensory that could cause a fire and to get an oil change. I arrived for my appointment at 1:30. My vehicle was "next in line to be put on the rack" at 3:30. Service was done at 4:30. It takes three hours for an oil change by appointment?

To top it off, they didn't "have the part" for the Honda recalled battery sensor cover, so it didn't get replaced.

This service department isn't holding up their end of the bargain. Next time I'll be calling my local mechanic.
