Horrible service.

Horrible service.

I took the day off work to take delivery of a refrigerator. Nothing came. I called the dispatch department to inquire and was told that they needed to speak to me before arranging for delivery. The dispatcher had called a cell phone with no voicemail and had not bothered to call again for follow up.

The individual simply didn't care about the inconvenience to me and wouldn't have bothered to follow up. Shop elsewhere!
