Don't sign a lease with Wooten Co. They are scam artists. The only reason the overall rating is so high is because in order to get a discount from the HUGE rent hike they add when you renew your lease, you have to submit reviews on social media. I'm going through and changing all mine. The property manager at Pebble Creek has been hateful and patronizing while we have been trying to work with her, and Wooten is KNOWN for scamming people out of their money when they leave. I knew that, but this is ridiculous.
