I will add a photo later of the manager stating that I would raise hell until I got what I wanted Because I would not agree to buy wiper blades and tires. They don't care about their customers at all. They just want the sell. This is the worst dealership ever. My fiance works for a dealership and was appalled at their attitude and demeanor. If there was a negative star rating I would give them that.

To the response of the dealership, I'm thrilled someone finally stepped up and responded, I have taken my business to Classic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat, the service manager there was happy to help me didn't tell me to take my business elsewhere when I told him I didn't want wipers and blades. I do find the timing of the sudden interest from your company amusing as I called Fiat direct and gave them a copy of the service managers comment. Could your interest in helping come from the fact that Fiat now knows how you treat your customers?
