Terrible staff. They asked me a terminal I m getting off but I wasn t sure and I didn t have a phone with me. One of the staff told me to leave my luggage in Tokyo station if I don t know the terminal... thankfully one of the passengers helped me to search my terminal. I m sure it s not only me who doesn t know the airline terminal and doesn t have ways to search it, they should have a list of airline&terminal when they are only carrying people to Narita airport...
