We are exactly two weeks into the program and I'm happy to report our teen is responding well! The staff at Second Nature is extremely attentive to parents needs as well as students. I made the call two weeks ago and Torrie Jordan was so helpful. She was concerned and cared about our situation. She took the time to talk to me several times a day and the process to get our teen to Second Nature was easier than I could have ever imagined. Yes, the costs are high. But, your teen is worth the investment. I've never been so confident about a decision in my life. While this particular instance was the hardest decision to make, I know in my heart it was the right one. I'm looking forward to the transformation of our teen and for us parents, too. Please know this type of treatment requires family involvement and participation from all. Parents have to put in the work, too. Kudos to staff for making the transition for our kids as easy as possible. Thank you!!
