Service itself was great. However, I was shocked when I called a week earlier asking to bring my car in (it had been doing weird little things for awhile so I knew something was up, and wanted it taken care of). I was told I couldn't get in for over 2 weeks! This is completely unacceptable. Any other dealer (I've dealt with Toyota for years) will get you in within a day. So, I booked the appt. for Dec. 5th, and them my car just died a few days later....or actually, wouldn't start at all. So, we managed to get it to the dealership on a Sunday, received a call on Monday, saying they would TRY to get to it, (Which thankfully, they did), but it could be a day or so! My suggestion would be to hire more people in your service deptartment ASAP, or people WILL go elsewhere, and eventually BUY elsewhere, if they can't get the service they need on their car at North Bay Ford.
