We had an unexpected break down with our previous vehicle, a 2000 Infiniti. Turns out it needed a new transmission. The staff at Illini Nissan helped us work through this problem, getting us the most money for a trade-in and find a NICE used vehicle we could afford. There was no pressuring us to do something we didn't want to do, no sly-talking to rip us off, and no cheap tricks to get our money. Nathan Essick and Mike Beth were the awesome guys who took the time to help us find just what was right for my husband and I. They let us test-drive several vehicles, answered all our questions, and truly went above and beyond what was expected. Nathan even gave me a ride when he was off the clock to my husband's workplace when the Infiniti broke down and I was stranded. What nice people! We bought a used 2010 Ford Edge, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks to everyone at Illini Nissan!!
