A mosquito nest. Some waiters are not welcoming, they seemed bored and are slow to bring menus, to take orders, etc ... Full of mosquitoes on the hotel terrace which serves as a bar and restaurant. We've been stung all night. A 5 star palace could pay a team to spray mosquito repellant on their patio plants every 2 weeks, it's crazy that this is not done.
Some of the Italian waiters are not friendly and are not quick in their service. Don't count yourself or take too long to bring you menus or take your order. They should be taken care of.

Apart from the decor and the magical location on the sea which are worthy of the place, we have a little the impression that this hotel lacks a management, an organization as much of the staff as ensuring that the terrace surrounded by plants is protected by mosquito control solutions, this exists in many hotel restaurants.
