The most ridiculous dealership. That how I can define it.
They don't know 'C' of Customer Service. This guy BADER is the most useless person at the dealership. I have been asking/trying to reach him thru email/phone for a letter of sale for my trade-in for over a month and still haven't got it.

I would never recommend this dealership to any of my friends. NEVER.
