The rooms at this hotel are hit or miss. This stay I was in the east tower, which is very outdated... However the rooms are much larger. I also find it impossible to regulate the temperature in the rooms in this tower (always cold). I prefer my room to be a bit on the cooler side so this is OK for me, however if it got much colder I'd be uncomfortable. I've stayed in this tower before and had to request a heater for my room, which they happily provided. Overall, this hotel is in a great location (by the Edgewater road tube station) and it's clean with friendly staff. Plenty of food and bar options nearby with the Marks and Spencer directly across the street as well as many varieties of middle Eastern cuisine. Room service is always delicious at this hotel as well. I'm deducting one star, only for the outdated room and bathroom.
