I have had terrible feed back about your disgustin...

I have had terrible feed back about your disgusting service, do you treat all your customers so badly? Why, when an order is placed, do you think its quite alright to send other things instead, and when it was queried, you told them to be happy with what they got?? Pure disgusting behaviour, and I have written a letter to your local newspaper advising people to stay away from your shop. South Africans are nice people and you are ruining our reputation ! Unfortunately I have to give you 1 star in order to post this review...
