Was lied to by salesman - promises were made that were not true. Home phone and internet service were switched to DISH, which was NOT what I agreed to, due to misrepresentation by the salesman. Then, after 10 days of service, they wanted to charge me $240 to cancel my home phone and internet to go back to my original company. Considering that I never wanted to leave my original phone company, this is pretty poor service! Others in neighborhood were also promised things that were never delivered. NEVER trust these guys.
