My experience with Powersmith was excellent, from the representative that did the initial home inspection to the follow up communication. On the day that the work was performed the work crew arrived early and began to prepare for the day long work ahead. The crew leader did a quick review of the work to be completed and explained the details of what would be done. Throughout the course of the day the work was done in an orderly fashion and I found them to be knowledgeable, professional, neat and efficient. Although there was rain throughout the entire time they worked, there was no "slacking off" or extended breaks that we witnessed. They went as far as to maintain the cleanliness of the house from rain. All of our questions and concerns were addressed in a manner that was thorough and professional. As a result of the work performed the house feels warmer, and as an added benefit there is less noise from outside. We would whole heartedly recommend Powersmith to anyone seeking this type of home improvement.
