The customer service was poor, we came to eat here...

The customer service was poor, we came to eat here on our class trip and were disappointed with how we were received. We came to the table with no one to see us coming to serve us. One employee came to our table standing still quite quietly not saying / asking anything. He asked "would you?" and fucked us. We ordered drinks and he didn't ask anything again, stood still we realized he was going to order food from us but he didn't say anything. well we ordered the food and ate the food in good spirits, but he did not wish us good appetite.
