Matt G. was a pleasure (and entertaining) to work with! He challenged all of the "car salesman" stereotypes and helped me choose a car that would make the most sense for my lifestyle while also keeping my monthly payments as low as possible. He also stayed well beyond closing time to see me through the entire buying process.

September 2020 edit:
I stand behind my previous review (5 stars) in regards to the sales side of things, but am growing increasingly frustrated with the service department. I've been bringing my car into their shop for general maintenance and oil changes for three years, and recently again for an issue with the HVAC system. After being bounced around from different service techs and getting repeated "we're unable to duplicate the issue" (my HVAC system stops working every. single. time. I drive it) claims and told to just try "driving it more and bring it back in when it does it again" (I live two hours away and told them three times to try driving the car to identify the issue, which it seems they didn't do) only to be left without any updates on my car in the shop over the course of 3 days, and no return on my calls for an update. I finally got through to someone and was told that my car is ready to be picked up! However, they were unable to fix the issue as they couldn't find evidence that there was anything wrong. My bumper to bumper warranty expires in less than a month, what are the chances?

A severe lack of clear communication and inability to listen to the customer are just two reasons I won't be returning to Carr for service.

One last note: the last time I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance, they didn't fill my wiper fluid or tires. Both are simple tasks that I'm more than able to do myself, but these are services that they claimed to have completed for me and didn't.
